Mr. Big Gets Help

As singer Eric Martin deals with an unspecified vocal issue, Mr. Big has recruited Michele Luppi (Whitesnake) to assist with the lead vocals during the band’s current U.K. tour.

“So after these last couple shows with my voice going in and out and struggling to keep it together,” wrote Martin in a post.  “I had a crazy idea that could work. I’m bringing out my dear friend and singer Michele Luppi to join me on stage on these next two shows so I can get my strength back. We’ll duet on most of the tunes.”

Before joining Whitesnake, Luppi (pictured above) was the lead singer in a Mr. Big tribute band.

Mr. Big’s is on the “The BIG Finish” tour.   Following the ’18 passing of the band’s original drummer and co-founder Pat Torpey due to Parkinson’s disease the band decided step back following this trek.
