Poison drummer Rikki Rockett will participate in The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride on May 19th to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s mental health on behalf of Movember.
“Men die on average six years earlier than women and for largely preventable reasons,” said Rockett. “The number of men that are suffering is growing, and we need to do something about that.”
Nearly nine years ago, Rikki was diagnosed with oral cancer.
The rides are planned in over 150 locations in the U.S. and 25 in Canada.
The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride unites classic and vintage styled motorcycle riders from all over the world to raise funds and awareness for prostate cancer research and men’s mental health.
