The Rolling Stones have released the second single, “Sweet Sounds Of Heaven,” from their upcoming album “Hackney Diamonds,” due October 20th. Composed by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards, the track features a vocal performance by Lady Gaga with Stevie Wonder on keyboards.
The Gospel influenced track was recorded in L.A. and London. During the L.A. sessions the Stones invited Wonder and Lady Gaga to join them.
Lady Gaga worked with the Stones in ’12. Wonder goes back a little further. He toured North America with the band in ’72.
“Angry” was the lead single from “Hackney Diamonds.”
