Nightwish’s Floor Jansen Releases Solo Single
Nightwish singer Floor Jansen has released a new solo single, “Run,” her first solo music following the arrival of her 2023 debut album, “Paragon.”
.”To me, ‘Run’ is about no longer making yourself smaller to fit into a shape that was never yours,” explains Jansen. “It’s about taking off the mask, trusting your own movement, and daring to be seen that way. Musically, it feels like the start of something new. A little heavier, a little more direct, but still honest, still melodic, still completely me.”

Jansen, who officially joined Nightwish in 2013, has appeared on three Nightwish studio albums: “Endless Forms Most Beautiful” (2015), “Human.:II: Nature: (2020) and “Yesterwynde” (2024) and three live albums: “Showtime, Storytime,”, “Vehicle Of Spirit” and “Decades: Live In Buenos Aires.”
