Download Festival Headliners Announced

The Download Festival will take place from June 13th to 15th at England’s Donington Park. 

Green Day (pictured above), Sleep Token and KoЯn have been announced as the headliners. It’s each band’s first time as a Download headliner.

Bullet For My Valentine, Jimmy Eat World, Jinger, Spiritbox and Jerry Cantrell, will be among the approximately one-hundred bands performing at the event.

The Download Festival was conceived as a follow-up to the Monsters Of Rock Festivals which had been held at the Donington Park circuit between 1980 and 1996. The first Download Festival was created in 2003. Download was initially a two-day event, expanding to three days in 2005.
