Sum 41 has unveiled “Landmines.” The song will be part of the band’s eighth and as yet unscheduled double album, “Heaven x Hell.”
The “Heaven” side is a return to the Pop Punk of the band’s early days while” Hell” is a continuation of the band’s more recent Metal sound.
“When I wrote ‘Landmines‘, I had no intention of writing an old-school ‘Pop Punk’ song,” Sum 41 vocalist Deryck Whibley explained. “It just came out really quickly and I knew right away that this song felt special to me.”
