Skid Row Bassist To Deliver His Solo Debut In June

Skid Row’s Rachel Bolan, under the ‘Bolan’ banner, will release his debut solo album, “Gargoyle Of The Garden State,” on June 12th. The set was produced by Nick Raskulinecz, who worked on Skid Row’s ’22 album “The Gang’s All Here.”

“‘Gargoyle Of The Garden State’ is not a project; it is every bit of my soul,” says Bolan. “Like me, it knows when to be serious and also knows where the party is.”

The lead single is “At War With Myself.”

“When we did my solo record, I played most of the guitars, most of the singing, all the bass,” explained Bolan. “Stuff didn’t have to clear the committee’s vote and stuff and shit like that. So it was cool, man. It was awesome, man. It was a really, really fun process.”

A few years ago, Boland moved back to New Jersey (the Garden State) after living in Nashville, TN for approximately eight years.

Meanwhile, Skid Row is still looking for singer to replace Erik Grönwall, who left in ’24.
