Saliva Learning To “Cope”

Saliva has dropped the single, “Cope,” featuring vocalist Trevor McNevan (Thousand Foot Krutch). The track combines Saliva frontman Bobby Amaru’s raps and McNevan’s vocals.

“‘Cope’ is about the quiet battles young people fight while trying to figure out who they are in a world that doesn’t always make it easy,” states Amaru, who replaced vocalist Josey Scott in ’11. “It’s for every kid who feels too much, thinks too hard, and is just trying to make it through the noise.”

McNevan adds: “‘Cope is about losing control — and realizing you were never meant to have control in the first place. The song really illustrates the feeling of hitting the bottom and realizing the only way up is to surrender.”

Thousand Foot Krutch (often abbreviated TFK) is a Canadian Christian Metal band formed in 1995. The band has released ten studio albums, two live albums, and three remix albums.
