Powerman 5000 have released “Dancing Like We’re Dead,” the second single from the band’s eleventh studio album, “Abandon Ship.” “1999” was the lead single.
Powerman 5000’s previous album, “The Noble Rot,” which straddled industrial and electronica with offbeat and eccentric lyrics, arrived four years ago during the pandemic.
“We really waited it out until we felt like people were comfortable with going out again. And ever since, everything’s been just super successful,” stated Spider One, frontman and only remaining original member.
