Pearl Jam have released “Dark Matter,” containing the title track (which topped Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock chart), “Wreckage” and “Running.“
Finished last November, the band’s 12th studio album, was produced by Andrew Watt.
“There’s the melody and energy of the first couple of records,” explained PJ guitarist Mike McCready. “Andrew pushed us to play as hard and melodic and thoughtful as we’ve done in a long time.”

Next month, Pearl Jam will embark on a world tour in support of “Dark Matter.”
Their global trek, with concerts in nine countries and 25 cities, will kick off May 4th at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, B.C. and will cover much of North America. including their first hometown performance in six years at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena.
