Papa Roach‘s “Last Resort“ has joined Spotify’s “Billions Club.”
“I feel that that song is a lifeline to a lot of people,” shared frontman Jacoby Shaddix. “I’ve met thousands of kids over the years that have told us, ‘Yo, that song saved my life. That song was there for me in my darkest hour’.”
“Last Resort” originally appeared on the “Ready To Rumble” soundtrack before becoming the debut single from Papa Roach‘s second studio album, “Infest.” The song subsequently topped Billboard’s Modern Rock Tracks chart.
“Infest” peaked at #5 on the Billboard 200 chart and was certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for sales in excess of three million copies in the U.S.
