“Too Far Gone?” is on top of Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock chart (dated November 4th). It’s the third #1 from “72 Seasons,” Metallica’s 11th studio album. The title track and “Lux Æterna,” on top for 11 weeks beginning last December, were the first two.
“Too Far Gone?” is Metallica’s 13th Mainstream Rock #1. They’re tied with Van Halen and Foo Fighters for the fourth most chart-toppers. Shinedown leads with eighteen #1s.
