The family of late KISS guitar tech Fran Stueber, who died in ‘21 while quarantining after contracting COVID during the band’s “End Of The Road” World Tour, filed a wrongful death suit in L.A. on Wednesday, claiming both negligence and wrongful death.

Stueber had served as Paul Stanley’s guitar tech for decades.

KISS founding members Stanley (pictured above) and Gene Simmons, their longtime manager, the tour’s promoter Live Nation, and hotel chain Marriott International were named as defendants.

Stueber’s family claimed that “the failure to enforce or have adequate COVID-19 policies or procedures caused a COVID-19 outbreak amongst band members and tour personnel.”
