During Judas Priest’s (10/7) performance at the Power Trip Festival in Indio, CA the band announced they will release their 19th studio album, “Invincible Shield,” on March 8th.

“This (album) has got probably some more progressive elements that we’ve never really delved into before,” stated guitarist Richie Faulkner (pictured above). “And that’s exciting, because, again, it gives us and our fans another opportunity to see a different side of Priest.”

The album is the follow-up to ’18’s Firepower.”

Also, guitarist Glenn Tipton, who has limited his touring due to illness since 2018, appeared with Priest for the encore, performing Metal Gods,” “Breaking The Law” and “Living After Midnight.”
