Dream Theater will launch the inaugural “Dreamsonic” festival this summer.  The trek will be supported by Devon Townsend and Animals As Leaders.

Dream Theater launched in 1985 with guitarist John Petrucci and bassist John Myung.  Vocalist James LaBrie signed on in ’91 with keyboardist Jordan Rudess joining in ’99.   Relative newcomer Mike Mangini was added in ’10.
