Jane’s Addiction Tour With Love And Rockets

Jane’s Addiction has announced a co-headlining tour with Love And Rockets. The news comes on the heels of a Jane’s Addiction intimate London show, the first in 14-years with the original band members. The 23-city trek kicks off on August 9th in Las Vegas concludes in St, Louis no September 29th.

Jane’s Addiction formed in ’85 with vocalist Perry Farrell, guitarist Dave Navarro, bassist Eric Avery and drummer Stephen Perkins. They scored with their self-titled live album (1987) and two studio albums, “Nothing Shocking” (’88) and “Ritual De Lo Habitual” (’90). The band’s initial farewell tour in ’91 launched Lollapalooza. 

Love And Rockets also formed in ’85. Their ’89 single “So Alive” reached # 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After seven studio albums they broke up in ’99 but reformed in ’07 for two years before reforming again in ’23.
