Morrisette/Jett “The Triple Moon Tour”

Alanis Morissette will be heading “The Triple Moon Tour” next summer with Joan Jett & The Blackhearts and Country singer Morgan Wade.

Morissette, a seven-time Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter, has released ten albums. Her third studio effort was the ’95 breakthrough set “Jagged Little Pill” which has sold 16-million copies.

As a member of the Runaways Jett recorded the hit “Cherry Bomb.” With the Blackhearts, “I Love Rock n’ Roll” went to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Jett also had hits with “I Hate Myself For Loving,” and covers of “Crimson And Clover” and “Do You Wanna Touch Me (Oh Yeah).”

Wade was nominated for “Emerging Act of the Year at last year’s Americana Music Awards. This year she was nominated for “New Female Artist of the Year.”

The Triple Moon Tour kicks off in Phoenix, AZ, spans North America before a finale scheduled in Inglewood, CA.
