The Beatles Top U.K. Chart
The Beatles have returned to the top of the U.K. music charts with “Now And Then.”
Using artificial intelligence, “Now And Then” features the voice of the late John Lennon and guitar parts that were laid down by George Harrison in the ’90s. Those tracks were recently augmented by Paul McCartney (piano/bass) and Ringo Starr (drums).
The group’s 18th U.K. #1 comes 60 years since their first #1 single “From Me to You,” also with Lennon handling lead vocals. In addition, the song extends The Beatles‘ record as the British act with the most U.K. #1 singles.
