Wage War Score First #1
Wage War’s “Magnetic” is #1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart dated August 24th. The song replaces “All My Life,” a collaboration between Falling In Reverse and Jelly Roll, which had a four-week run at the top.
“Magnetic” is the lead track from “Stigma,” the Metalcore band’s fifth studio effort. It dropped last June.
Previously, they had two songs – “Circle The Drain” (#13) and “Godspeed” (#32) – land on the chart in ’22. Both tracks were from the band’s ’21 release, “Manic.”
Wage War formed in Ocala, FL in ’10 under the name Empires. The current line-up consists of lead vocalist Briton Bond, lead guitarist Seth Blake, rhythm guitarist and clean vocalist Cody Quistad, bassist Chris Gaylord, and drummer Stephen Kluesener.
