Tyketto Unfurl Sixth Album Title Track
Tyketto will release its sixth studio album, “Closer To The Sun,“ on March 20th. The band has shared the title track.
“‘Closer To The Sun’ is a bit of a fantasy piece, really,” comments vocalist Danny Vaughn. “I was thinking about Kate Hudson’s character in the film ‘Almost Famous’. I think we have all known someone like that growing up, someone that laughs at life, lives just a little outside of the norm and sometimes seems to float through the world. What does she know that I don’t know? The singer has caught a glimpse of this woman and has fallen deeply in love, despite knowing almost nothing about her. ‘What if I’m missing something in my own life? What if?'”
