Ozzy Doc Still On Track
“No Escape From Now,” a documentary about Ozzy Osbourne, will still arrive later this year despite the Black Sabbath singer’s death. The feature-length project is currently in production at Paramount+.

Directed by Tania Alexander, the doc began filming in ’22 during the sessions for Osbourne’s 13th album “Patient Number 9” and continued through his final performance on July 5th with Black Sabbath in his original hometown Birmingham, England.
“It’s about the reality of his life,” said Ozzy’s wife and manager Sharon Osbourne (pictured above). “We have worked with a production team we trust and have allowed them the freedom to tell the story openly.”
“No Escape From Now” will feature interviews with Osbourne’s family along with Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath), Duff McKagan (Guns N’ Roses), Robert Trujillo (Metallica), Billy Idol, Maynard, James Keenan (Tool), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chii Peppers) and Zakk Wyde (Pantera).
