Metalica’s fourth “Helping Hands Concert & Auction“ Friday night (12/13) at YouTube Theater featured the band playing acoustic and electric sets.

The Helping Hands performances will be available YouTube beginning December 19th at noon PST.
“We’re psyched to announce that we’ll be bringing the event to the world less than a week later,” noted Metallica.
The “Helping Hands Concert & Auction,” hosted again by Jimmy Kimmel, also had a performance by Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani and Kenny Aronoff.
All proceeds from the “Helping Hands Concert & Auction go to Metallica’s All Within My Hands (AWMH) with 100% of ticket and auction proceeds going directly to those in need.
