Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale will be fronting Skid Row next month for a brief run of shows. She will be stepping in for Erik Grönwall, who quit the band to focus on his health.
Sebastian Bach was the band’s original vocalist back in the late’80s/early 90s when Hale was a big fan.
Years later, Halestorm covered Skid Row’s “Slave To The Grind” for the ’11 EP “ReAniMate: The CoVeRs eP.” They also covered songs by Heart, Lady Gaga, Guns N’ Roses and The Beatles.

Hale has suggested that her stint with Skid Row might extend beyond the planned four dates.
