Five Finger Death Punch Rule Mainstream Rock For Three Straight Weeks (A First In 2026)
Five Finger Death Punch’s “Eye Of The Storm” is the first song in 2026 to top the Billboard Mainstream Rock Airplay chart for three consecutive weeks.
The song is from the band’s upcoming tenth album, “Legacy,” which will arrive digitally on July 31st with CD/vinyl/cassette versions landing September 18th.
Produced by Drew Fulk, it’s the band’s first effort since “The Way Of The Fist” (2007) not produced by Kevin Churko.
Eye Of The Storm
Papa Roach’s “Wake Up Calling” reached the top on March 21st for a two-week run, then returned for another week on April 18th. It’s the only song this year to lose the top spot then comeback.
“‘Wake Up Calling‘ is a song about standing on the edge of disaster — being pulled back from the brink, and ultimately choosing love over self-destruction,” explained Papa Roach frontman Jacoby Shaddix. “It’s one of the most raw, emotional songs we’ve written.”
