“Black Sabbath – The Ballet” premiered at Hippodrome theatre in London (on 9/23).
The ballet included eight specially reorchestrated Black Sabbath songs, including “Paranoid,” and “Iron Man,” plus other songs from the band’s early 1970s catalog.
Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi came up on stage at the end of the performance to play “Paranoid.” Bassist Geezer Butler and Sharon Osbourne, wife of Ozzy were also in attendance.
