Babymetal Announce New Album and Label
Babymetal’s next album, “Metal Forth” (meaning ‘beyond Metal”), will arrive on June 13th. The set will also be their first effort for Capitol Records.
Poppy, Spiritbox and Tom Morello (Rage Against The Machine) will be heard on Babymetal’s fifth album. “From Me To U (featuring Poppy) will arrive this Friday (April 4th).
Babymetal is credited with creating the kawaii Metal (“cute metal” in English) genre, which combines elements from J-pop and Heavy Metal.

Babymetal will kick off its 24-date North American tour in Houston on June 13th with support from Black Veil Brides, Jinger and Bloodywood on select dates. The plan is to wrap up on July 23rd in Phoenix.
The band will be touring Europe in May.
