Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy) has been named one of the executive producers of “I Could Never Go Vegan.” The film investigates the various arguments against veganism, why they exist and whether they are justified. It is slated to premiere April 10th in London (Soho) and Sheffield,

Produced by brothers Thomas and James Pickering, the documentary features interviews with athletes, health professionals, scientists, former slaughterhouse workers and other experts to dispel leading arguments against the vegan movement.

A longtime animal rights activist White-Gluz has received a Libby Award from PETA for her work in an international campaign against the hunting of Canadian seals, she has posed as a mermaid in a PETA anti-fishing ad campaign and last year delivered the opening speech at the “Animal Liberation March” in New York City.
