Sister Sin Covers Cinderella
Sister Sin has released a cover of the Cinderella’s “Somebody Save Me.”
“(It’s been) 40 years since (Cinderella’s) ‘Night Songs’ was released,” states Sister Sin. “This is our take on the fantastic ‘Somebody Save Me’ track and a tribute to that album.”
The new version of “Somebody Save Me” was recorded and produced by Mikael Andersson.
Somebody Save Me
Sister Sin’s fifth studio album, “Black Lotus,“ was released in 2014. The following year the band announced its split saying in a statement that the band’s “relentless” touring and recording schedule took its toll” and “the motivation for some members just wasn’t there anymore.” “We rushed when we quit the band,” notes frontwoman Liv Sin (pictured above). The band reformed earlier in the decade.
