Duff McKagan’s Two New Songs Support Upcoming Tour

Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan has issued two songs to promote his upcoming “Lighthouse Tour ’24” which will kick off in Europe in late September with U.S. dates in November.

The songs are a cover of David Bowie’s “Heroes” and a McKagen original True To The Death Rock N Roll Ballad.” Both tracks are available at all DSPs and streaming services.

McKagen said “Heroes” is about “star-crossed lovers in the shadow of the mid-’70s Cold War-era Berlin Wall. To try and compliment this era, I chose a sort of ’70s Glam-Rock song (True To The Death Rock N Roll Ballad”) that I wrote some time last year.”

“Lighthouse Tour ’24” will support last year’s release of McKagan’s third solo album, “Lighthouse.”
