Bring Me The Horizon BRIT Award Winner
Bring Me The Horizon took home the Alternative/Rock Act honor, beating out Blur and the Rolling Stones, among others, at Saturday’s BRIT Awards in London.
“It’s bloody insane this,” said frontman Oli Sykes (pictured) during an expletive-filled speech.
The single “Kool-Aid,” dropped earlier this year as the band worked on “Post Human: NexGen,” the second installment a four EP series titled “Post Human.”
To date, the band has release six full-length studio albums.
The BRIT Awards, presented by the British Phonographic Industry, were first held in ’77 and became an annual event in ’82 under the auspices of the British record industry’s trade association.
