“Volbeat’s gonna enter the studio later this year,” stated frontman Michael Poulsen. “There’s gonna be a new Volbeat record out next year.” The band also has plans for European and North American tours.
The songs for the band’s ninth album are almost completed with them entering the studio later this year.
Next year’s album will be the follow-up to 21’s “Servant Of The Mind,” which was the Volbeat’s final studio album to feature lead guitarist Rob Caggiano before his departure in ’23. The set peaked at #2 on Billboard‘s Top Hard Rock Albums chart,
