Vixen Splits With Vocalist Lorraine Lewis

Vixen has parted ways with singer Lorraine Lewis (pictured above), who joined the band in ’19 following the departure of founding member, Janet Gardner.
In a statement via her social media Lewis noted that “the band has taken a different direction.”
Vixen’s most commercially viable period was in the late-80s/early-90s with the albums “Vixen” (’88),”Rev It Up” (’90) which featured Garner’s vocals. The band’s latest full-length release was ’18’s live album “Live Fire.”
Vixen has seen a number of personnel changes over the years with drummer Roxy Petrucci being the only remaining original member.
