Kevin Parker (pictured) has sold his entire catalog, including his Tame Impala output as well as songs he composed for Lady Gaga, Travis Scott, Dua Lipa and Rihanna, among others, to Sony Music Publishing. The partnership also covers Parker’s future works, whether by Tame Impala or collaborations with other artists.
“The idea of passing on ownership of my songs is one that I don’t think about very lightly, at all. They are the fruit of my blood, sweat and creativity over all the years I’ve been a recording artist and songwriter so far,” Parker explained in a statement.
Tame Impala has released four albums and are known for the songs “The Less I Know The Better,” “Half Full Glass Of Wine” “Elephant” and “Mind Mischief.”
