Slash (Guns N’ Roses) will support his upcoming Blues covers album “Orgy Of The Damned” with the inaugural S.E.R.P.E.N.T. festival tour.

The roadshow, which will launch in July, gets its name from an acronym that stands for “Solidarity, Engagement, Restore, Equality N’ Tolerance.”

There will be several different lineups throughout the six-week run, featuring Blues and Rock artists with support from Warren Haynes, Samantha Fish, Eric Gales, ZZ Ward, Larkin Poe, Jackie Venson, to name a few.

Slash will release a “Blues-oriented” album, “Orgy Of The Damned” on May 17th. The lead single is a cover of Howlin’ Wolf’s “Killing Floor,” featuring vocals by AC/DC’s Brian Johnson with Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler on the harmonica.
