Guitarist Brian “Head” Welch (KoЯn) and his longtime personal manager, David W. Williams, have announced the launch of XOVR Records (pronounced Crossover Records). The new label’s first release will be Spoken’s tenth album “Reflection,” due on March 15 th. In ‘12, Welch founded Love And Death which included guitarist JR Bareis, who is now in Spoken.
