Queens Of The Stone Age Present “The Catacombs Tour”
Queens Of The Stone Age will embark this fall on the “The Catacombs Tour” — a limited series of concerts at historic North American venues.
“The Catacombs Tour” was inspired by the bandmembers’ experience during last year’s “Alive In The Catacombs” performance in the famed Catacombs of Paris. Earlier this month, the film “Queens Of The Stone Age: Alive In The Catacombs” was screened in 20 different countries.
The tour, featuring reimagined versions of QOTSA songs, will launch next month in Europe. That will be followed by a North American trek running from October through mid-November,

QOTSA frontman Josh Homme dreamt of staging performance in the Catacombs since his first visit nearly 20 years ago. The city of Paris, however, had never granted permission to any artist to play within the sacred tunnels. QOTSA waited until their vision was sanctioned.
