Puddle Of Mudd Vocalist Arrested
Wes Scantlin was arrested (on 3/11) after allegedly getting into a physical altercation with his girlfriend.
Police were summoned to a Torrance, CA apartment to investigate a verbal argument between Scantlin and his girlfriend that allegedly turned physical. The 52-year-old musician was charged on Saturday (3/15) with felony domestic violence and possession of a controlled substance.
Bail was set at $90,000.,
“Come Clean” (2001), Puddle Of Mudd’s debut album., sold over five million copies by 2003. The set contained “Blurry,” which peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Scantlin has served as the only consistent member throughout the band’s history.
