After canceling a London concert late last month (June 28th), Pearl Jam now have nixed an additional two Berlin shows (July 2nd and 3rd).
“Despite everyone’s best efforts, the band has yet to make a full recovery,” reads a Pearl Jam social media post. The statement does not name which band member(s) have fallen ill or the illness. “We feel deeply that so many people spend their time, money, and emotional energy to get tickets and then to come see the band and it is heart wrenching to have to disappoint you.”
To date, only two of Pearl Jam’s U.K. and European tour dates in support of their latest album, “Dark Matter” have been played.
