Beartooth: ATTN
The track is from the expanded edition of “The Surface (Deluxe Edition)” which is out now,
“‘ATTN.’ is about the ultimate conclusion that I’ve come to after this whole album cycle and living with these songs for as long as I have now,” says frontman Caleb Shomo,
Drowning Pool: Revolution (The Final Amen)
It’s Drowning Pool’s first music with singer Ryan McCombs in 13 years.
“That sounds like a Drowning Pool song. That’s what we want it to sound like. It sounds like us with Ryan,” noted guitarist C.J. Pierce.
Michael Schenker (featuring Axl Rose): “Love To Love
It’s an updated version of the UFO classic. The track, featuring Guns N’ Roses singer Axl Rose, is taken from the guitarist’s recently released album “My Years With UFO.” Schenker was in UFO for six years.
Body Count: Comfortably Numb
Led by Ice-T, Body Count’s cover of the Pink Floyd track has Floyd guitarist Daviid Gilmour.
“We’ve got flat-screen TVs and popcorn, and we can just sit back and watch the chaos of the world like it’s a TV show,” reflected Ice-T. “It doesn’t feel real until it shows up at your door. I’m a little numb, too — we all are.”
Nightwish: Lanternlight
The ballad is from the band’s tenth studio album, “Yesterwynde.” It’s the first album with Jukka Koskinen.
