New Music: Jager Henry, Daughtry, Tom Morello, Moggs Hotel & Beast In Black

The son of drummer Jason Bonham and the grandson of Led Zeppelin’s John Bonham has released the title track from his debut EP, scheduled for release on August 23^rd.  The song features Lil Lotus. 

“When you find yourself stuck in a cycle of anxiety and depression from the punches that life inevitably throws — you’re feeling alone and lost, but you don’t even know why you still feel that way, because everything seems insurmountable,” explained Chris Daughtry. “This song represents the importance of opening up and being honest about those feelings.”

Co-written with his son Roman, the track was described by the senior Morello as “a generational Rock anthem.” The song will be on Morello’s full-length solo Rock effort, due later in the year. “(It’s) a very fitting first single,” added the Rage Against The Machine guitarist.

“‘Apple Pie’ is the first track off the Moggs Hotel extravaganza,” enthused Moggs Hotel founder and UFO singer Phil Mogg. “It concerns the quest for a piece of the pie, namely ‘apple’ because I would like a nice large creamy slice this time around.” The track is taken from the group’s self-titled album, which is due on September 4^th.

“‘Power Of The Beast’ takes us one step further in showcasing our passion towards high-energy music, unstoppable beats, solid melodies, (synth)riffs and a meaningful message,” said guitarist Anton Kabanen. “It’s dedicated to everyone who’s in need of encouragement, motivation, determination and inner strength to aspire onward.”
