New Ghost Song From “Skeletá”

Ghost have released the official music video for “Lachryma,” the second single from their sixth album, “Skeletá,” which will arrive April 25th.

“It opens with more of a riffage. And I guess now comes off as somewhat of a ‘typical’ Ghost mash-up, where it’s heavy on one end and met with a big, bombastic chorus,” Ghost’s Tobias Forge told Metal Hammer. “That’s a song about self-deceit.”

The album’s lead single was “Satanized.”

Next week, Ghost will launch a European tour in Manchester, U.K.

The North American leg will launch on July 9th in Baltimore and wrap up on August 16th in Houston.

Ghost has released five studio albums, four EPs, two live sets and thirteen singles to date. Three albums (“Meliora,” “Prequelle” and “Impera”) landed in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 while three singles (“Square Hammer,” “Rats” and “Dance Macabre”) went to #1 on the Billboard Mainstream Rock chart.
