Kid Rock Respects Different Points Of View
Kid Rock says that he doesn’t agree with Eminem and Taylor Swift’s political views, but he respects them for using their platforms to speak out.
Rock, a longtime Trump supporter, took to his social media channels on 10/25 to share a video message.
“I love Eminem,” Rock says in the clip. “We’ve been friends for many years. I don’t agree with his politics, but I do give credit to him and people like Taylor Swift for standing up and not being afraid to be vocal for that which they believe.”
In recent years. Rock looked ready to step into Ted Nugent’s far right-wing ‘get off my lawn’ shoes (shooting up cases of Bud Light because the brand used a transgender spokesperson) and has been highly critical of Swift (she recently endorsed Kamala Harris for president) and her career… but Rock has also supported numerous social initiatives and military personnel during his career.
