GWAR will return to the road next March for the “Age Of Befuddlement” tour.

KISS is attempting to achieve ‘immortality” by creating touring avatars, and/or KISS replacement players but GWAR has another approach.

Dave Brockie, the last original member of GWAR, which was founded 39 years ago, fronted the band under the name Oderus Urungus, died from acute heroin toxicity by accidental means in ’14. But that didn’t kill the band.

Over their run, GWAR has had two dozen members with Beefcake The Mighty (Michael Bishop) taking over lead vocals following Brockie’s passing.
