Foos drop a new album and keep on rollin’.

Foo Fighters’ “Rescued” is #1 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Chart (dated 5/20).

The Foos eleventh studio album, “But Here We Are,” drops (6/2).  The set goes to #1 on Billboard’s Top Alternative Albums and Top Hard Rock Albums charts and debuts at #8 on the Billboard 200.

Foo Fighters and Alanis Morissette pay tribute to the late Sinead O’ Conner at Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival (7/29). They performed a live cover of “Mandinka,” which originally appeared on O’Connor’s ‘87 debut album, “The Lion And The Cobra.”

Under You” simultaneously rules the Rock & Alternative Airplay, Alternative Airplay and Mainstream Rock Airplay charts.

Foo Fighters returned to Saturday Night Live as musical guests (10/28). The group’s ninth appearance as musical guests was their first since the death of drummer Taylor Hawkins’s in March of ’22.

A digital double A-side single is released (11/17) featuring a reinterpretation of “The Glass” by R&B singer H.E.R. (pictured) along with the Foo Fighters original version from “But Here We Are.”  Previously, H.E.R. and the Foos played “The Glass” together on “Saturday Night Live.”

Frontman Dave Grohl partners with The Big Umbrella Foundation (on 12/8) to serve hundreds of meals to Melbourne’s homeless population.  Foo Fighters were touring Australia in support of their “But Here We Are.”

Rescued” — written by Dave Grohl, Rami Jaffee, Nate Mendel, Chris Shiflett & Pat Smear – is nominated for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance for the 2024 Grammys in February.
