Five Finger Death Punch Score 12th Consecutive #1
Five Finger Death Punch extends its record for the most consecutive #1s on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart (dated 7/26) as “I Refuse” tops the chart. It’s the band’s 12th straight #1.
The ballad featuring Maria Brink from In This Moment, is off “Five Finger Death Punch: 20 Years Of FFDP – Best Of Volume,” a collection of re-recorded versions of FFDP’s best-known songs in response to the recent sale by their former label of the band’s original master recordings without FFDP’s knowledge or the opportunity to reclaim their own work.
“I Refuse” is the band’s 16th total Mainstream Rock Airplay #1. The group first led the chart with “Coming Down” in 2012.
