Scott Ian is a celebrity ambassador for the DriveH2 campaign, a public service initiative promoted by Energy Independence Now (EIN), an environmental nonprofit.
Ian, the guitarist, lyricist and co-founder of Anthrax, will help spread EIN’s message of an innovation-powered future with planet-friendly projects and zero-emissions.
“It’s a great feeling knowing that I’m not contributing to the ever-worsening climate crisis,” stated Ian. “Hydrogen is the way of the future, not just for the eco-conscious customer like me, but for us all and the health of our planet.”
EIN is dedicated to advancing fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) and renewable hydrogen infrastructure for transportation, renewable energy storage and deep decarbonization.
