Bob Dylan unfurls “Highway 61 Revisited.”  The masterpiece includes the title track, “Like A Rolling Stone” and “It Takes A Lot To Laugh It Takes A Train To Cry.” The actual Highway 61 runs north and south connecting Duluth and New Orleans. 1965

Geoff Tate plays his last show under the Queensryche moniker at the Tailgaters Sports Bar & Grill in Bolingbrook, IL. Following a long-running dispute with his former bandmates, Tate subsequently performs under the Operation: Mindcrime banner. 2014

Arcade Fire’s music is pulled from some Canadian radio stations amid sexual misconduct allegations against lead singer Win Butler. A representative for the CBC says they will “pause” playing Arcade Fire “until we learn more about the situation.”  Days earlier, four people came forward accusing Butler of having inappropriate sexual relationships with them. 2022

We Came As Romans guitarist Josh Moore’s hotel room is robbed following the launch the band’s Australian tour in Adelaide.  After barricading himself in the room the thief flees by jumping out of the fifth-floor window sustaining “serious injuries.” Police recover Moore’s stolen passport. 2023
