Mötley Crüe Guitarist Launches PETA Campaign
John 5’s new campaign for PETA encourages people to adopt dogs and cats from shelters and never to buy animals from pet shops or breeders – who churn out unwanted, and ultimately, homeless. pets.
John5 owns a hairless Chinese crested mix who had been abandoned as a puppy and left in a box in the desert.
There are approximately 70 million homeless dogs and cats in the U.S. with animal shelters overrun for years.
The guitarist has an upcoming solo tour that launches next week.
