Best Special Effects In A Video – Won by Madonna “Frozen”

Best Art Direction In A Video – Won by Bjork “Bachelorette”

Best Editing In A Video – Won by Madonna “Ray Of Light”

Best Cinematography In A Video – Won by Fiona Apple “Criminal”

Yes, Garbage was shut out. At the other end of the spectrum, Madonna was nominated in nine categories and won six of them.
