Casandra’s Crossing Is “Impatient”
Casandra’s Crossing has released “Impatient,” the second single from the upcoming album “Garden Of Earthly Delights,” due October 25th. The band pairs guitar legend George Lynch with Paralandra singer Casandra Carson.
“‘Impatient’ was one of those songs that kind of wrote itself when it came to the lyrics and the melodies,” noted Carson. “I found myself singing about the hardships of being in a long-distance relationship. Wishing that person was there to celebrate the good times, help you through the bad times. It’s really difficult to sustain sometimes (and) all require an insane amount of patience.”
Carson said it was both an honor and a pleasure to work with Lynch, of Dokken/Lynch Mob fame. “George’s tracks were so cool and inspiring, it was probably some of the most fun I’ve ever had writing lyrics and melodies,” added Carson.
